Putting the Frozen in “Frozen Tundra”

[Two timelines, one event. Interesting how time and memory can make a mess out of the order of events. Aaron is obviously wrong, but that’s the little brother’s job. Enjoy.]

Sparky’s Take:

There is a lot to like about Green Bay, Wisconsin but the weather doesn’t usually top anyone’s list. The town of around 100,000 is basically known for two things: the cold and the football. Well, I guess there’s a third thing if you want to count cold football. I’m not much of anything Packers fan but I will always try to tune into their home games late in the season on the not-so-off chance that the game will be “marred” by falling snow or at least, falling temperatures. There is just something about catching the cheese and green of packer nation that goes a little way toward rekindling my fading love of professional football.

Summer 2019

When my brother and I started hashing out Stupid Idea Trip III (South Carolina to Seattle via the Canadian Prarie Provinces) we quickly figured out that we’d find ourselves traversing the great state of Wisconsin. In November.

There would be cold. There could be football. There might be cold football!!
